1st Annual Northwest Sportshow Shore Lunch Fish Fry contest

Who’s got the best shore lunch? Every fishing camp claims to have the best recipe for fryin’ fish to create a shore lunch for their guests. This competition will determine which fishing camp really does have the best fish recipe!
Join local fishing legend Ron Schara and his daughter Laura as they emcee and judge the competition—evaluating each entry for flavor, unique ingredients or spice and crispness.

Laura Schara
Laura Schara is a television host, TV producer, writer and runway show producer, and founder of Schara Media, INC. A city girl with country roots, Laura currently hosts MN Bound on KARE 11. She enjoys showcasing her passion for wild game cooking, creating delicious field to fork recipes for a segment called “Wild in the Kitchen”. She is also a contributor and writer for Artful Living magazine and writes about her outdoor adventures and her favorite game recipes on her blog, Wildly Living (www.wildlyliving.com). Ron Schara
As a journalist, Ron has been sharing the great outdoor experience with his readers for nearly three decades. Nature Nick’s Animal Adventure
