• 2025state-of-mn-st19-occ-form /ST19 - REQUIRED BY ALL EXHIBITORS  

All exhibitors selling retail MUST have a Minnesota Sales Tax Identification Number.  If you have questions before you are able to complete the ST19 Certificate of Compliance Form, contact the Dept. of Revenue at 651-282-5225 with your questions or to register.  Additional assistance is available at 651-296-6181 www.revenue.state.mn.us

• Even if you are NOT selling, the form is required by the Revenue Department for their records. You will be able to mark your status accordingly.
